I had such a wonderful experience at this Medspa! My initial visit started with a thorough skincare consultation…Melissa is a skincare expert! She took the time to really understand my skin and review the products I currently use. From there, I booked a 60-minute facial that was not only incredibly relaxing, but also quite therapeutic. I left with my skin glowing and feeling refreshed…I mean days later and I still have the glow! Melissa is knowledgeable, welcoming and truly cares about tailoring the service to your needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to invest in their skin and self-care!

I had a full set of eyelash extensions with Katelin and a Brazilian wax with Olivia. Both experiences were fantastic and I was impressed with how warm and kind each of them were! I’m extremely low-maintenance and this was the first time I had either service done. I was nervous that I would feel uncomfortable or judged for not being someone who regularly got these kinds of services-this was not the case at all. Melissa, the owner, was also extremely warm and kind. She assisted with my eyelash extensions when the glue was having trouble adhering properly (likely due to me cleaning my eyes the day before with an oil-based cleanser) and was lovely. The building itself is relaxing and welcoming too! On top of all this, the results are perfect and I’m so happy I came here!

I had a 90-minute facial with Olivia Kamal at BeYouthful Balance in Brighton and it was such a great experience from start to finish. Olivia is incredibly knowledgeable and also warm and calming. She explains what she’s doing in a way that feels thoughtful, not overwhelming or salesy. My skin felt amazing right after and continued to look better in the days that followed. The entire appointment felt personalized, unrushed, and truly relaxing. I will absolutely be scheduling another facial with Olivia and plan to take advantage of other services she offers. If you’re considering booking, don’t think twice. The 90 minutes is completely worth it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Katelin. From the very first appointment, her kindness, warmth, and genuine care stood out. She truly listens and is genuinely motivated to help improve my skin — something I have not experienced anywhere else. She takes the time to learn, understand, and tailor treatments to what my skin actually needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Thanks to her thoughtful guidance, my skin barrier is improving and my acne is finally being addressed in a healthy, sustainable way. Katelin has been incredibly honest and supportive — She has also gone above and beyond to make my treatments affordable, which I am so grateful for. I also want to recognize Melissa, her boss, who is extremely knowledgeable and has clearly built an environment focused on education and real results. On top of everything else, Katelin’s flexibility means the world to me. She has even opened an appointment at the end of her day just so I can stay consistent with my biweekly treatments. That level of dedication and care is rare. If you’re looking for an esthetician who is not only skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and invested in your skin journey, Katelin is truly the best.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Liv does an impeccable job when it comes to eyebrow waxing. I’m extremely particular about this service and she gets it perfect every single time. I’ve followed her from previous establishments because she truly is that good. At this point, my eyebrows have standards and they refuse to be touched by anyone else, my eyebrows are loyal to Liv.
